I. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy defines how Users' personal data, necessary for the provision of electronic services via the mrdrewstore.pl website (hereinafter: the Service), is collected, processed, and stored.
The Service collects only the personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered therein.
Personal data collected through the Service is processed in accordance with the GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of May 10, 2018.

Personal data is used for the purpose of:
- performance of the contract regarding printing and garment personalization services,
- communication with the User (contact form, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp messengers),
- promotion of the Controller's offer and marketing,
- analytical and statistical activities (Google Analytics),
- establishment and assertion of claims or defense against them.
IV. Type of Processed Personal Data
The Controller may process the User's personal data: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, social media profile name.
V. Period of Data Processing
Data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfill the order, and after its completion — until the expiration of the limitation period for claims (usually 3 years for business activities).
VI. Sharing of Personal Data
Users' personal data may be shared with cooperating entities: courier companies (e.g., InPost, DPD, DHL), payment operators, and analytical service providers (Google).
In connection with the use of Google Analytics tools, data may be transferred outside the EEA, while maintaining appropriate protection standards.
VII. User Rights
The User has the right to: access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, and object to processing. Requests should be sent to the Controller's e-mail address.
VIII. Cookies
The Service collects information using cookies for statistical (Google Analytics) and technical purposes. The User can manage cookie settings in their browser.
IX. Final Provisions
The Controller reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. In matters not regulated by this Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law shall apply.
